The idea behind 1on1 is "Care", which is an Indian ethos. Traditionally, businesses did not look at transactional benefits alone, extending support to the customers to make them feel "Cared".

Today, with the hectic pace of life, the "Care" seems to be missing from business-customer interactions.
Even though businesses would like to connect with the customers, they really do not have any platform for the same. Businesses have tried using SMS, email, phone calls and to an extent social media as well, but messages get lost due to the "Broadcast" effect, which is like shooting in the dark and hoping for the best.
